Access for everyone

Accessibility

Last reviewed July 31, 2026

NeighborBoost is committed to making its website, customer claim experience, and business tools usable by people with disabilities.

Our approach

We design for keyboard access, meaningful headings, visible focus, readable contrast, text resizing, reduced-motion preferences, large touch targets, clear form labels, and messages that do not rely on color alone. The customer claim flow does not require an app.

Known boundaries

Browser and assistive-technology combinations vary, and accessibility requires ongoing testing rather than a one-time automated score. Camera-based QR scanning is optional; staff can enter the fallback code instead. If a digital interaction is not accessible, we will work to provide a reasonable alternative.

Request help or report a barrier

Email deallomcconnell@gmail.com with the page, feature, and assistance needed. Do not include a password, activation code, private claim link, or other secret. We will review accessibility reports and prioritize barriers to essential tasks.
